Weirdest OT Laws

When an ox gores a man or woman to death, the ox shall be stoned, and its flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall not be liable. -Exodus 21:28

I wonder if the Isrealites were having troubles with people boiling children in their mother's milk or if God was just being preventative on this one. Hmm... Anyway, thanks for the post, it's given me some things to think about. Hope you're having a great day!

Umm, thanks Lori, but a kid isn't a human. Kid = young goat. If you're making a stew with goat, don't use milk from it's Mom - try another goat;)
